Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions only:

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or

  • There is a size/fit issue

Conditions for Exchange

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products reported after the allowed time period

Important Note

  • No cash refunds, bank refunds or store credits will be issued

  • Only replacement/exchange of the same or alternate product is allowed
