However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions only:

An exchange will be accepted only if:

Conditions for Exchange

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Exchange is subject to stock availability
Non-Exchangeable Items

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

No cash refunds, bank refunds or store credits will be issued
